The new SOHO Access™ Model Home Program focuses on integrating the homeowner’s technology needs into their new home as early as possible during the design phase. This two level builder program provides both the sales and marketing support for the model home that make technology upgrades simple and profitable.

Builder Marketing Kit - The SOHO Access™ Builder Marketing Kit includes a number of marketing tools that focus on different technology lifestyles that may be used in the showroom or throughout the model home. These tools enable the builder to have a conversation with the homeowner about their needs as they walk through the home.

Salesroom Training - Suttle provides salesroom training to the builder in either a documentation format where you may learn when you want to or a scheduled on-site training. This Salesroom training allows the home builder to have a more informed discussion about the technologies that are going into the new home and discuss the homeowner's needs.

Website - By participating in the SOHO Access™ model home program the builder will be listed on the SOHO Access™ website as a “Suttle Certified Builder”.

SOHO Access™ Product - Suttle provides model home showroom structured wiring samples at no cost for program participants. Suttle also offers steep discounts and/or no cost samples for product designated for installation into the model home. The level of pricing is dependant on the level of program participation.

Warranty - As a Suttle Certified Builder, the builder is privy to an industry leading 25 year warranty on products that are installed into the home, giving the homeowner greater peace-of-mind when buying the home.
