1-Year Standard Warranty

Suttle warrants its complete product offering to be free of factory defects in material and workmanship for a period of One Year (1) from date of shipment. Suttle will replace, FOB factory, within One Year (1) from date of shipment any product returned with proof of failure due to factory defects, provided the product has not been subjected to alterations, misuse, negligence or accident.

The exchange of any factory defective Suttle product is at the option of Suttle and in no event does Suttle assume liability for any damage beyond refund of purchase price of its nonconforming goods, or repair or replacement of the same. Do not return any product without prior authorization. To obtain approval to return merchandise, address correspondence to Suttle Customer Service.

Suttle reserves the right to modify, replace or alter material design and/or specification where form, fit and/or function of the product is unaffected. In the event of such change the level of product quality will be retained or improved.

Suttle’s 25-Year Warranty on Certified Systems

Suttle Warrants that its Category 3, Category 5e and Category 6 Permanent Link & Channel Performance Connection Hardware products and Fiber Optic products manufactured by Suttle, or on its behalf, installed by a Suttle Certified Installer, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Performance will be as specified for 25 years from date of shipment when Suttle's Category 3, Category 5e and Category 6 Permanent Link and Channel Performance Connection Hardware is installed by utilizing a Suttle approved cable partner. Certification shall be as required under normal and proper use and that all passive components meet or exceed the specifications per TIA/EIA or ISO/IEC standards.

Suttle exclusive remedy and liability for Non-Compliant / Non-Performing connecting hardware per the above standards and performance criteria for a period of 25 years is as follows.

Suttle's product must be used in both termination areas defined in ANSI/TIA/EIA-568 B.1 and ANSI/TIA/EIA-570-B as Work Area and "MC" and/or "IC".

Suttle will replace product failing to meet the performance requirements of the standards when installed per the aforementioned criteria and installed by a Suttle certified company using Suttle certified installers and having applied for the warranty or received the warranty approval. Testing is defined by TIA/EIA 568-B.2-1 as Permanent Link or Channel performance.

Suttle's Warranty covering product and labor is void if the product is deemed damaged by intentional or unintentional misuse of the product in applications and/or methods not covered by the above mentioned standards.

Warranty is nontransferable, Neither the Seller nor the Manufacturer shall be liable for injury, loss or damage, whether direct or indirect, resulting from non-compliant products. Warranty is limited to the replacement of the original connectors or components supplied by Suttle and does not include lost time, system downtime.

EXCEPT FOR THE WARRANTY DESCRIBED HEREIN, SUTTLE DOES NOT MAKE ANY FURTHER WARRANTY, IMPLIED OR EXPRESSED.
